		<description>I had that problem quite a few times in training and once in a race - where my chain comes off while changing gear going up a hill. You gotta be quick on the feet to unclip ay! I never thought about going downhill to get back into the pedals, I found it so hard trying to get in them while going up hill. haha I'll definitely have to try that next time. Thanks for the tip!</description>
